Storage Rates
Powerboat Slips
- 20' Slip - $165/mo. or $1650/yr.
- 22' Slip - $175/mo. or $1750/yr.
- 25' Slip - $240/mo. or $2400/yr.
- 26' Slip - $255/mo. or $2550/yr.
- 28' Slip - $265/mo. or $2650/yr.
- 30' Slip - $295/mo. or $2950/yr.
- 32' Slip - $350/mo. or $3500/yr.
- 40' Slip - $530/mo. or $5300/yr.
- 50' Slip - $645/mo. or $6450/yr.
- 60' Slip - $770/mo. or $7700/yr.
All slips require a 1 year lease.
All slips have electrical hookups.
Electric meters are read and billed monthly for actual kilowatt usage.
*There is a $4.00 minimum electric charge.
Water and trash are both free.
*Water to the slips is turned off during the coldest winter months.

Dry Storage
In addition to our wet slips we offer dry storage units in lengths of 12, 25, and 30 feet. We also provide trailer storage in our Trailer Yard located inside the marina.

- Dry Storage Unit - $100/mo.
- Mobile Home Lot Rent - $475/mo.

Grandpappy Point Resort & Marina is a certified dealer for both HydroHoist Boat Lifts and EZ Dock. Either new or from our used hoist inventory, we have access to lifts and hoists for all types of boats and personal watercrafts for additional protection and convenience.
